  • Primary goals and timeline
  • Project ideas (optional)

1.3 Proof Card Information

When you create Proof Cards to verify your projects, we collect:

  • Project URLs and names
  • Project descriptions
  • Screenshots of your projects
  • Technology stack information
  • Your role in the project
  • Builder notes and context

1.4 Third-Party OAuth Data

When you connect third-party services for verification, we collect:

  • GitHub: Username, avatar URL, repository information (name, description, stars, commits, languages, last commit date), and OAuth access tokens
  • Stripe: Account ID, account name, and aggregated revenue data (displayed only as ranges, never exact amounts). We request read-only access and never access transaction details or customer information
  • Google: Authentication tokens for account sign-in purposes only

1.5 Verification Data

We automatically collect verification evidence including:

  • URL ping status and response times
  • Domain ownership verification via DNS TXT records
  • GitHub repository linkage confirmation
  • Revenue verification status from Stripe (ranges only: Pre-revenue, $1-$1k, $1k-$10k, $10k-$50k, $50k+)

1.6 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect:

  • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
  • Referral sources

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Create and manage your account
  • Generate Builder Readiness Assessment reports using AI (Claude API)
  • Verify your projects and create Proof Cards
  • Display your public profile and verified proof of work
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails and updates
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our Service
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

3.1 Public Profile Information

By design, your profile and Proof Cards are publicly visible. This includes your username, display name, headline, avatar, and any Proof Cards you make public. You control which cards are visible.

3.2 Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers:

  • Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and file storage
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
  • Anthropic (Claude API): AI-powered assessment report generation
  • Vercel: Application hosting and serverless functions
  • PostHog: Analytics and product insights
  • Browserless: Automated screenshot capture

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

  • Encryption of OAuth tokens at rest using Supabase Vault

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Assessment data may be retained for analytics purposes. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
