Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Choose Monthly or Annual
  3. Click Upgrade to Pro
  4. Complete payment via Stripe
  5. Pro features activate immediately

Managing Your Subscription

Accessing the Customer Portal

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's Customer Portal

In the Customer Portal, you can:

  • Update payment method
  • Switch between monthly and annual plans
  • View billing history
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel subscription

Switching Plans

Switch between monthly and annual billing anytime:

  1. Open the Customer Portal
  2. Click Update plan
  3. Select your new billing period
  4. Confirm the change

Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Cancel plan
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period
  • After that, you revert to the Free plan
  • Your cards remain, but you can only edit one
  • You can resubscribe anytime

FAQs

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No. All your proof cards are preserved. You just lose access to Pro features.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support@prooffabric.com within 7 days of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
